Leaving a social situation - what are clues its time to go?

I think that seeing someone leave early is no problem at all, unless the person was obviously acting weird about it and looked very uncomfortable. Body language can say a lot about a person, so if your leaving, maybe convince yourself that your leaving for perfectly good reasons even though your really just bored out of your skull, this way you act more normal about it. If your just trying not to be imposing maybe just leave when there have been like 3 awkward silences or something, that way you know you left at a time where it was obvious to everyone the conversations were dying down. The trick is, if YOUR comfortable, nice and sound honest about it, no one will think more of it. Yea, it can be weird sometimes but im sure its the same for some NT's, just work on trying to have a good time while your there, and whenever you get bored, head out. HA, even I can have trouble with having a good time but my record is getting better :wink:
