Well, this person popped up again a few days ago, but I still wasn't sure what to do. 
She called out my name from a few meters behind me, and I just waved and looked around nervously. Then this guy who was walking with her called to me "Hey! She thinks you're cute. You should ask her out." Well I looked back a few times questioningly, but being the end of the day I couldn't say anything unless I were to fall into the stampede.
I feel like I should at least say hi, but I don't remember what she looks like. Am I obligated to do something here?
