I don't like being hugged or hugging someone. I never know how to act or what to do when someone hugs me, so mostly I just stand there awkwardly and be relieved when it's over. Apparently, I never liked being hugged by my parents when I was small, and my mother especially had a hard time dealing with this because she likes hugging a lot.

Cuddling someone when I want to is fine, if it's on my own terms.

I guess I'm the extreme opposite of most Aspies. I absolutely love hugging, cuddling, and whatnot, and I'm usually in the opposite position - making people uncomfortable by being too physically affectionate. I almost wish I was like most of you guys - I think I'd freak out fewer people that way. But anyhow, I know it's a problem, and I've been trying to fight it, but it always seems to come back.
