Getting a woman seems to be very tricky. I don't have a girlfriend yet, but I wouldn't lose faith. I'd just take things slow. If you're in school, college, or grad school, you should focus on and finish school first. Maybe a woman will hit on smart guys.

I never really could get a girlfriend, getting a wife was easier. Some women who are "looking" for a husband will tolerate being "interviewed". My wife passed my interview, showed all the signs of good character and we married eight years ago and are still going strong. It's a very Aspie-like approach, but it worked.

What????? What's the difference between getting a girlfriend and getting a wife? I ALWAYS thought that your girlfriend will become your wife thru marriage after having a long-term relationship with her. I don't get it.

Well that's the general idea, but I guess some people go for the direct-to-marriage approach. Like, some people just get fed up with dating and decide to find someone they actually want to marry, rather than just date.

When people are just dating, they are still "shopping" to some extent. Marriage is focused on responsibility and commitment.

I'm a woman and even I can't tell--- same for men, too. I always thought if they asked you out, then they like you. Anything short of that could be anything--- yes or no.
