idk if i'm missing the point here, but lately i've started to trying blend in with people, but still not be able to add
to their conversation.
perhaps your a bit ahead of yourself? i think i am.
like, your still at the level of blending in, yet, not open enough to talk to them.

This is why I like going to a quiz night at the pub every Wednesday with some people I used to work with. It gives me a chance to socialise, but with the focus on something else (the quiz), rather than just talking and drinking.

But apparenly you're not supposed to get excited when you get the name of a canal right...

yea makes it easier if there is a distraction.../focus...

I also find it hard talking in groups... Its not only an aspie problem tho

haha.. but yea... talking to one person much easier... Sometimes i find it hard to get a word in .. in group situations eh..

Hmm maybe we should create a manual about being powerful in group situations.. haha,... dominate conversation ..????
