Are you single looking for a girlfriend? Because that changes everything. If you were in a loving relationship with a girl you adored, you wouldn't even be posting this. Does it matter why that girl did that? People walk by each other all the time. Some girls want to be found attractive even though they want nothing to do with the guys. That's the way it is.
