I'm still keen, what kind of activities are we all interested in? I like the idea of a bushwalk or something similar while the weather's still nice, but I'd be just as happy with a small social gathering somewhere quiet.

Need to pick a date. Location:- Perhaps a BBQ in a park somewhere. One of those parks that have electric BBQ's for public use. Lots down here in Frankston along the sea front, but might be a long way to come for some.

I'll just wait and see what gets organised and let you know if I can make it. I'm next in Melbourne around the 13th Feb but don't work around me at all :)

Hi guys. I'm in Geelong and would love to connect with other people, but think I may be too young and too old in our household to fit in with your group (though I haven't read all 17 pages of this thread :)). My son is 12 and I am 46, both on the spectrum. I hate driving to Melbourne, but I can train and tram easily, and may well learn to drive to Melbourne one day (only been here less than a year now after moving from WA). If there is anybody local who would like to hang out that would be cool, too. I have had a hard time making friends since moving to Australia 13 years ago and think I'd be better off making friends on the spectrum.

Hey omi, I live out west, so I drive past Geelong on my way home after my Melbourne trips. Would be happy to meet up sometime. I'm a 34yo female. PM me if you like :)
