advice - what can i do to accept being alone?

part of my problem is that i have yet to find something i'm really passionate about, except maybe reading, but that can't be a full-time occupation. being an editor or a literary critic does not attract me, and neither do i have any relevant qualifications.
Greentea, even if nobody wanted to read what you write now, that could change - you could become a better writer by practicing, you might find a niche whrere people would have an interest, etc. lack of interest now from others doesn't mean writing is pointless.
