in terms of their "retail value," other more enlightened/mature nations have decided that these words should be part of the great economic democracy, and should not be rendered into artificial scarcity.

I don't use profanity ironically enough. Then again my family is very religious so the use of profanity is highly discouraged no matter the situation.
