yes, there is, scheduled on the 17th, a saturday, in seattle. google "seattle square pegs meetup." it will be a pot-luck affair atop a nice penthouse condo [with a glorious view of downtown seattle skyline] in a pricey part of seattle, with next to no parking so beware of getting towed.

I too reside in the Peoples Republic, if you are not a rich aspie, there's no better place to be. If you are a rich aspie, there are some other nicer places to be, but Portland is certainly up there whatever your demo.

Been to Portland quite a bit, I love the city! And Voodoo Doughnut. Portlandia is a fun show.

Been to Portland quite a bit, I love the city! And Voodoo Doughnut. Portlandia is a fun show.


It's another world, that's for sure. I would thoroughly suggest for anyone visiting Portland to check out 23rd and burnside or just drive down Hawthorne on the other side of the bridge. There's some cool nifty shops and a great way to soak up the local culture, and a great night life!
