Who has worse disorder in this case? NTs or aspie

The solution to sensitivity to sound is simple, get a CD player and start it off low where it it really comfortable but it isnt too loud, when your ears get used to that turn it up a bit and keep on until its at maximum (i do this every morning before going to school it takes about an hour and a half) this helps a bit but some noises will still be very annoying to say the least and does anyone else hate those styrofoam to go boxes at the restaurants because of the noise they makes when they rub together while closing them? every time i hear those things i flinch and i get goose bumps all over, anyone else have that problem?
