Thats just mean, rude and uncalled for! Just because a (Biological) Man is feminine doesn't mean he is gay and vice versa. But thats the problem here is that all the terms that mean just that are considered insulting or derogatory. Unless its close friends doing it calling someone something offensive is never ok! I've got some friends who will sometimes refer to me as "Her" which is fine with me but if they weren't friends I would slap them for it! The least offensive term I've found is "Janegirl" but the only problem with that one is it is also used in certain sexual fetishes (though none I'd heard of till I looked up the term so maybe we're good?) In my case I'd be perfectly fine with friends just referring to me as "Her/She" or as a "Girl"

A tomboy is a girl who likes to climb trees, play with G.I. Joes etc. The opposite of a tomboy is a girlie girl.

This thread is referrring to the opposite in the gender area. So asking for a non-offensive term for a feminine man.

I'm not entirely sure on the whole "sissy" thing, but I think it's apparent that there is more sexism towards men than women now.

I know the kind of guys you mean but I am not sure of the exact name for them. I think "Metrosexual" is about as close as I can get to it.

Having said that, I do not in any way find feminine men endearing. Probably this is because they act like women. The fact that women act like women is bad enough without guys getting in on the act.

Having said all the above, I think Tomboys are cool. Some of the women at the gym I go to are like this and I find them a lot easier to deal with than feminine women.

I hate tomboys. They always hit me. For no reason too. They tell me its fun. And I can't hit them back, cause then I get in trouble, even if she hits me 20 times and I hit her once. I think if she wants to act like a man, she should be treated like a man, and take her punishment. These are the types of girls who whine about being equal, and then turn around and ask for favors, like buying her shiny things. You either want to be treated equal or you want to be treated special. What she REALLY wants is to walk around doing whatever she wants, without any repercussions at all, because women supposedly can do whatever they want and get away with it. I've met enough girls like this that its soured my image of tomboys.

There is an basic contradiction in your logic. The kinds of female behaviours you are complaining about (ie hitting you then saying you can't hit them back because they are girls and expecting you to favours for them because they are girls) are typical of feminine women.

Tomboys never do these sort of things. A true tomboy will never hit you because she expects to hit back if she does. A true tomboy will expect no more favouritism from you than a guy would.

These silly chicks you are complaining about are just whiney little feminine b****es who have it coming to them one day.

Some people live under the illusion there are only 2 genders and 2 sexualities in reality there are probably more than there are living individuals.

Uhm ...they're called gays.

Hahaha not necessarily. Think about it working in a womens clothing or shoe store is a great way to meet women. However you could also meet a lot of unattractive fat women in a shoe store, like Al Bundy did.
