I've discovered that there is something very calming about listening to brown noise in headphones, and if I do this while at work, it makes it easier to tune out surrounding conversations, and focus only on what I am doing.

Ha ha ha. No actually I went to the site at this URL: http://whitenoisemp3s.com/free-white-noise You can download various background sounds including what they call white noise, pink noise, and brown noise, along with other sounds. Brown noise is limited to a mix of lower frequencies, and if it is also impacting my digestion, I had not noticed it.
