I met them at school. One I got on with straight away, my sister is disabled and her brother is autistic (before I knew about me) and we understood what each other had been through. She was also very understanding and patient and would not ditch me when I said some probably hurtful things to her without weither intending or knowing, she was the first true friend I ever had, at 11. She is still a best friend and I'm nearly 19. She hung around with others and it took several more years to get as close to them as I am today, a couple ignored me and one actually bullied me. However they matured and are now my closest group of friends. One of my other best friends out of that group had been a close friend since we were toddlers. She changed, became a bully, then matured aqbout 5 years later and I can tell her anything
I met one of my former best friends on a school trip but due to rumours I apparently spread, but DIDN'T, that friendship crumbled over the weekend and I am confused as to what to do to save it, cos he won't believe me :'(
I think what keeps them going is that we all get on, we make each other laugh, we meet up when we can (no longer go to same schools) we're a good group.
