The old thread was inactive, so I went ahead and deleted it for the sake of reposting. This thread is so that anyone willing to coordinate an Aspie meetup for their area can step forward. This should deal with some of the major cave-eats of posting local meetings (IE: no responses). I'll go ahead and follow Stinkypuppy's advice and post it in this section.

(I'm separating the list from the OP because editing is limited to the first week. It should be easy enough to find.)

As a side note, if you know of any support groups for your area, I would love to be able to list them as well.

Well someone told me of this website. It's for aspergers in the DC area.

But would it would be neat to meet others in the DC area, maybe once a month? I don't know.

I went ahead and added the D.C. support group to the list, as well as Robinhood's PM link. If you'd like me to do anything differently, or add something else, just let me know.

I'm in Albany, NY, and I'd like a real aspie group here. There's already a group sponsored by Albany Autism, but their meetings are few and far between.
