We have an AS local support group with it's next meeting in March.
Do you think these can be helpful?

Sure. It depends on the group, though, and what you want out of it. Do you want a place to get insight into your disorder, compare coping strategies, meet people who share your difficulties, and network....

or do you want to play Pokemon and talk about your Nintendo DS?

I think you'll get more out of an adult-geared group.

I was hoping for the former but your post made me laugh because it is
"game night".
