Why do humans judge others when it's not our place to do it. I can understand judging someone by what he or she did to you, a friend, or a family member. But humans tend to go out of their way to judge people. I remember being in school and there was a list of all the registered sex offenders on the wall in the office with their pictures. and the students and teachers and office ladies started calling them creeps, freaks, and weirdos. That hurt. I asked "why are you guys judging these people, of course what they did was wrong, but the person whose place it is to judge will judge them, and they will pay the consequences". I don't think it's wrong to post registered sex offenders on the wall, but I also don't believe that we should sit around and make fun of them. They are still people. I know I hate it when people used to call me freak, creepy, and weirdo. Anyways an office lady answered my question by saying "it's because of what they did, it's so weird and wrong". yea but it's not our place to judge them. they did nothing to us, so why are we judging them.
People also tend to attend rallies to bring someone down, like the Joran Van Der Sloot guy, who many believed killed Natalie Holloway. On TV I saw people trying to kill him at a rally. And I'm sure he did nothing to most of those people, the only people who should be trying to kill him are the families of the victims that he hurt. People are so judgmental, we go out of our ways to judge celebrities, but they are still people. Whether someone is a pedophile, a rapist, a murderer, or theif, autistic, or what have you. they are still people.

Put it into perspective in the sense that we are animals. We are biological entities. We are a cluster of molecules that has figured out how to self-replicate. That's all we are.

Because we change and adapt via sexual selection (the self replicating molecules that replicate more often will be the majority, and continue to "survive"), then we need to have this unfair judgment thing to be able to select who to mate with, who to stick around, and who to ignore. It's annoying because we are conscious and have feelings that can be hurt, but sadly, that's how things work :(
