1. If a message is ignored the following happens:
o First time= warning
o Second time=warning
o Third time=Jail time. Up to forty days
2. If the person ignores a message after getting out of jail the following happens:
o Jail time/ Lethal Injection
3. If a person bombards someone who has told them that he or she is not interested in contacting the following happens:
o First time=warning
o Second time=warning
o Third time=Jail time. Up to forty days
4. If the person bombards a message after getting out of jail the following happens:
o Jail time/ Lethal Injection
Ignore:
Those are the penalties, here’s how things work.
It is against the law to ignore someone’s message.
Definition of ignore: To access a message without responding in conversation or without letting the sender know that you do not want to talk to he or she.
The government has technology which allows them to know whether one has accessed a message or not, therefore if a cell phone is dead, or if a person is not near the phone, the governemnt can feel body heat.
All messages must be opened, or the penalties above will be applied.
Bombard:
Definition of bombard: To contact a person who has already expressed that he or she does not desire to be contacted by you.
The government knows if the person did not receive the message or did not open it.
- The desire to not want to be contacted must be expressed via message, or be taken down to the police station if the person does not want to express it via message.
- Messages can only be ignored if you have already told the person that you don’t want to talk to he or she, if the message is insulting (racist, sexist, etc.), if the message does not require a response such as (ok, I’ll be there, k, etc).
- Responses that appear as if you don not want to talk to the person will be checked out by police.
- If a person cannot talk at the time, he or she must say “busy right now, don’t have time to talk, get back with me in ______”. If this happens too often the person will be investigated. If the recipient on the other end writes back before the time that the person said he or she will be busy till, then the recipient gets penalized.

Wow, nice sense of entitlement there.
That world seems like a nightmare to me.

No, I'm one of these people who has difficulty with interpersonal communication (as in, sometimes my ability to talk deserts me), and demands from people that I stop ignoring them make life very painful for me. Your constitution proposes punishing a lot of people for something that they can't help.
I'd be a hypocrite if I was demanding that people talk to me, but I don't. People don't owe it to anyone to talk to them.

Did you read the constitution, all you have to say to the person is "I'm busy, talk to you later" duhhhhhhh. It's not demanding people to talk to anyone, it's demanding people to not ignore people. Ignoring a message is accessing it and disregarding it. In my constitution you cannot do that unless the message is something not worth replying to such as "ok, k, I'll be there"....I'm really forcing people to tell the truth or be honest, something that us aspies wish would be in the world. From my experiences, aspies probably favor this, and it stops a whole lot of confusion of who wants to talk to you or not. I'm not forcing anyone to be friend or talk, just tell the truth.

You should discuss this with a therapist. They can help you come up with better ways of getting people to respond positively to you.

Read the constitution, it says nothing about calling back. And being blocked is self explanatory to the blocked person. So you can't go to jail for blocking someone in my society because it's a straight forward way of saying I don't want to talk to you. So you have no idea what you are talking about, just shut your mouth.

You've recently joined the forum, Soledad and maybe you didn't have time to read the rules, but you'll find some very useful guidelines about how to address other members - it might save you a world of hurt.

This is not disturbing, what you just said sounds ignorant
All everyone is doing is trying to fins something wrong with this thing. and so many people on this wonder wonder why people ignore them. This constitution and set of rules may not allow one to know why the person doesnt wanna talk, but it will allow them to know if the person doesnt wanna talk or not.

Okay, then what part of jailing and executing people for ignoring emails and facebook friend requests sounds mentally healthy to you?

First of all the people get warnings before they get jailed, and they get warnings and jail time before they are executed. Ignoring a friend request is bad, although I havent added that in there. But denying someone is not bad. There is a difference between ignoring a friend request and denying someone. Ignoring is leaving it there http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt128204.html, denying is giving the request attention but saying that I dont want to be this person's friend or add him or her. Denying a request is a straight forward way of saying I don't wanna be your friend, it's self explanatory. I wish the people who deny me would be executed by law, but it's just the fact that being denied is pretty self explanatory. Being ignored is not, it causes confusion and so forth. You may not even know if the person is ignoring you, which causes the person to not want to ask the other person and causes more confusion.
It's mentally healthy in the the sense that it allows people to know what's up, to know whether someone wants to contact them or not, and hence reduces confusion.

You would be punishing people for avoiding confrontation with bizarre and sometimes potentially dangerously mentally unstable people. I absolutely hat it when people don't respond to my emails but I would never support a law such as what you are proposing because there are some people who are annoying and clueless and some people with a stalker mentality that are best to avoid rather than confront.
