The Constitution of The Perfect World

Messaging: Text, Email, Social Networking Sites.
1. If a message is ignored the following happens:
o First time= warning
o Second time=warning
o Third time=Jail time. Up to forty days
2. If the person ignores a message after getting out of jail the following happens:
o Jail time/ Lethal Injection
3. If a person bombards someone who has told them that he or she is not interested in contacting the following happens:
o First time=warning
o Second time=warning
o Third time=Jail time. Up to forty days
4. If the person bombards a message after getting out of jail the following happens:
o Jail time/ Lethal Injection
Ignore:
Those are the penalties, here’s how things work.
It is against the law to ignore someone’s message.
Definition of ignore: To access a message without responding in conversation or without letting the sender know that you do not want to talk to he or she.
The government has technology which allows them to know whether one has accessed a message or not, therefore if a cell phone is dead, or if a person is not near the phone, the governemnt can feel body heat.
All messages must be opened, or the penalties above will be applied.
Bombard:
Definition of bombard: To contact a person who has already expressed that he or she does not desire to be contacted by you.
The government knows if the person did not receive the message or did not open it.

- The desire to not want to be contacted must be expressed via message, or be taken down to the police station if the person does not want to express it via message.
- Messages can only be ignored if you have already told the person that you don’t want to talk to he or she, if the message is insulting (racist, sexist, etc.), if the message does not require a response such as (ok, I’ll be there, k, etc).
- Responses that appear as if you don not want to talk to the person will be checked out by police.
- If a person cannot talk at the time, he or she must say “busy right now, don’t have time to talk, get back with me in ______”. If this happens too often the person will be investigated. If the recipient on the other end writes back before the time that the person said he or she will be busy till, then the recipient gets penalized.

Sometimes I ignore people. I don't feel comfortable replying straight away, I got to think before I say anything. Sometimes I don't want to say anything at all. It's nothing personal though. Maybe whoever is doing it to you feels the same way.

Also, most people on my messenger is always blocked, I unblock them when I feel like it lol. Again, it's usually not personal.

How do your new rules cover people who are:

On vacation.

In hospital.

In jail.

Dealing with a family crisis which means that they have more important things to do than sit at a computer.

Offline because MS Windows has barfed again and they have lost the contents of their hard drive.

Banned by the social networking site for some unknown reason.

Maybe your rules are a little unrealistic.
