I think you need to be A LOT more specific, if you want useful answers.

succeedsocially.com is good.

Of course, all the reading in the world won't help unless you practice.

In conversations I feel like I come off as a self-centered asphole. I think I don't know the proper timing for talking about myself. I know its good to ask questions, but then If I try to relate to that persons experience I feel I still come off as self centered. Perhaps in some ways I am or at least spend a lot of time in my head.

I also have trouble relating to the way some others think. I have found that for about 30% or so of the population, I am just scratching my head thinking that they just don't make sense--that is I don't know why they do what they do.

"asphole" LOL!
that is a new word I've never heard of. :)

too funny. someone told me my friend's new screenname (way back in the day) was "asphole" but I assumed it was spelled "ass pole" so mad lulz ensued.

I'm an asphole and proud :D

See a neurologist and get neurofeedback. He or she will hook up sensors to your ears to check your brain waves as you watch changing pictures. It will activate parts of your brain you don't usually use, helping your social skills get better by the time six months have passed.

I would actually love to see pictures of my brain or pictures of other aspies brains, I'd love to know how I work, but thats kind of difficult to get sometimes. I definitely should go back to some therapy.
