I am not sure if my everyday walk is fast or slow but when I walk for exercise I walk very fast.

I walk slowly, very slowly. I do most 'physical' things slowly. Walking, writing, eating, etc.

I was always a fast walker too. I could never slow down either. I have one speed for walking. I think it was because of social anxiety and that I was full of energy.

I walk really fast when around a lot of people or public places in general, sort of a nervous energy thing. I also do a lot of backpacking, and can slow down my pace a bit when I'm alone.

I keep walking ahead of my mom when we're walking together if that counts.

I walk fast. Everyone on the street seems to be walking slower than me, which I find very annoying.

I'm a fast walker. I throw a little bit of a goose step into it too.

I walk very fast, usually weaving in and out of people, with my arms swinging around so I don't have to touch anyone. :)

I am a very fast walker, but I had always thought that was because of my bad left foot(I try to get off of it as soon as possible).

Generally speaking I'm not a fast walker, but sometimes I can be - a few years back, I remember walking into one of the glass patio doors at work, and I guess I was walking REALLY fast, because I collided with the door hard enough that I fell backwards into one of the nearby tables. (fortunately, we were not open at the time and other staff members weren't in the area)

I tend to do most things at a brisk pace, so yes for me.

Brain: get to Point B from Point A.
Legs: By your command!
Aspergers: and do it in the most efficient way possible!

Me too.
The bf is very much the tortoise, and it irritates the living daylights out of me.
I'm not "in a hurry", in the sense that I'm due somewhere, I just don't get the notion of wasting time in transit.
A bit like choosing a traffic jam over an empty highway.

When I was nine, I was on a school camp bushwalk, about 1.5km long. Half-way in I decided to get it done with and walk faster. Never slow walked ever again.

Aside: I wish the Heavy taunt-kill from Team Fortress 2 was real, I would use it to deal with slow walkers. Pow! haha!
