It was all in my head. How many Aspies can be by themselves all day and experience a good day because they went inside their head and enjoyed what they envisioned? The standard way is to talk about how many people you met and the quality of the conversation you had but truthfully, that is not how I operate. I can have a good day without coming into contact with anyone. I am thinking of bringing this up in my mental health weekly support groups that I am a part of, in regards to how our prior week went.

Your thoughts on this?

Some time in my head is required for a good day. Although too much time in my head can turn into a bad day. By too much time, I mean after at least 3-5 days.

Some of my best days are in my head. I am constantly slipping in and out of my own world, and it can be a distraction when there are others around.

Depends....sometimes a good day for me is when I get messages from people on here, and have conversations.

Sometimes a good day is when I read a good book, eat good food and exercise.

And it is rarely is the good day when I have a convo with people IRL, especially during the summer.
