This is a problem I have struggled with for a long time.
Not only is it very hard for me to both focus on conversations and come up with decent replies in a reasonable way.But when it does come out it may be stuttery, shaky,or monotone sounding because I have a difficult time putting emotions behind the words.

Do any of you have speech problems outside of the regular social anxiety that Aspergers may induce?

I used to stutter a lot. I believe it was mainly a result from always being interrupted while I was talking when I was younger. A lot of people would never let me finish my sentences, so I got in the habit of trying to talk fast so they would actually let me finish, an dos I tripped over my words more. I've gotten over most of that now, and if someone does interrupt me, I just finish my thought when they are done talking and give off that "let me actually finish" vibe.

I have the tendency to stutter a bit when I'm nervous.

Yes. I often describe it as if there's a filter between my brain and my mouth, and only a small fraction of what I intended gets through. I also have a stuttering problem, which I keep mostly under control by intentionally pausing a lot when I speak, but it still manages to come out.

I used to have a lisp. I am not sure if I have it now or not, though.

I speak really slowly sometimes, like putting the tape recorder on slow. Sometimes I have to take many breaths to finish a sentence. I often sound very confident about myself when I am unsure, and I tend to not sound sure at all when I am stating facts. Sometimes I feel like it's impossible to breathe and so I speak as quietly as possible so I can still speak if I have to. Lately, if someone interrupts me, I tend to tell the person that they interrupted me and say everything all over again.

All of the above are extremely annoying to people and make them mad.

I have some difficulty with speaking, in a way because it is not my language or mode of communication exactly (not literally).

I stammer sometimes, will randomly say the wrong word or name somewhat frequently, pause and not know the next word to say somewhat frequently, etc. It was worse when I was younger.

I found that developing an almost musical rhythm in your head almost like you are singing in your mind as you decide what to say helps, also I will practice various conversations constantly in my head for any given situation (even absurb unlikely ones). Practicing important things like interviews helps greatly too.
