I have been battling with anger for a good majority of my life and even more so in the last four years. I mainly get angry over rejection by people like most people with Aspies do. I also have a hard time letting things go and holding those things against the individuals who reject me. The biggest habits of mine happens to be when something bothers me enough with someone that I will contact the person who rejected me and apologize if it's out of the blue and then ask them why I was talked to this way or that way. I also mention that how felt and how they acted.

I was wondering though, is there a right or wrong way to confront someone openly?

Could autism be considered a race?

It does seem like that at times but I think we are more like mutants in X-men.

Well, you forgot the part where people lie so they wont be considered an a**hole...

Women are guilty of putting on a face when directly approached.

I have confronted people in the past and one of them was another woman who had hurt me badly. However, she just ignored what I said and blew me off with,

"I'm sorry but I have been busy working, I'll call you in a few days." In this case, she did both.
