my uncle once said about me too my brother "i try and talk too james but he just grunts at me"

judging what he said how do you think i come across too my uncle in general?

do you grunt? I dont know because i never heard you talk ....but do you make these sounds as response to something?

I kind of do grunts and stuff.

Not that I would bother at coming across as a grunting fool. They might be being picky with you.

Could it be a figure of speech, like you had a grumpy day?

Sometimes people think I sigh too soon, like they do not have strange habits...

He probably thinks you're somewhat distant/disinterested/antisocial.
