Comparing country aspie friendliness?

If you have traveled to at least two countries. Which one did you experience as most friendly for aspies to socially interact in?
(don't forget to mention the country/ies you compare with)

I suspect some cultures are more welcoming. Or just works out better due "design" or expectations.

Countryside or city environment probably plays a significant part tho. Bias warning

From what I've heard, New Zealand is supposed to be the most Aspie friendly. But this is hearsay since I have never been there before.
