can call anyone a true friend...
In some ways I know some can care but the majority of times I have to start it...
That and after texting the ones I do consider close friends, only 1 replied.
(To be truthful, there are 2 more but it's a rough patch that are going through, grieving over losses in the length of a year or so from today.)
But yeah... it still feels like I need to find friends that are better and a little more active with ideas and would include me... but the problem is that I don't think I can find any better. :(

This is been my problem. The only times I communicate with my so-called friends is if I write to them first. As far as I'm considered, they're not true friends if I always have to initiate contact. It's ridiculous.

Me too. No one is ever like "wanna do something?" it's always me. And sometimes I see people who seem totally socially awkward, way more than me, and even they have more friends than me. And it is really confusing to me.

Yeah, I don't get that at all. Or rude as hell & they have friends?

Well from what I've noticed, groups are led by 1 person and if they don't like you, the rest follow suit so they aren't picked on.
What I don't get is how some say that you get what you put in to it when you are effectively doing the most part and nobody seems to bother responding.

I wish people wouldn't initiate contact with me, since I suspect 90% of the time, when they do, it's because they're looking for an opportunity to laugh at me.

Agreed. On both counts.
I seem to have a suicide wish in that I've noticed I keep trying to be in groups that don't like me. I keep thinking if I just try harder to communicate, it's all going to get better.
