Does NLP help it or no? (NLP=Neurolingustic Programming)

Couldnt hurt I spose, but I dont think NLP "really" helps anyone. Any type of therapy that claims to be able to cure you after a single session is BS in my pessimistic opinion.

I downloaded a few torrents on the subject, and it seems like there is some good, and some cooky. There is this one torrent with a bunch of avis (24 gbs worth) and it talks about establishing a rapport, on how to word things, and such. I do think there is a lot of bs with some of this, kind of like "sun" crystals and similar stupidity.
