When someone says "you have no likeability".... in a bit more depth what does that mean?

They apparently don’t find anything about you they like, and of course they usually set the fallacy even further by thinking that by extension everyone else would feel the same way about you. Of course I’m sure you have many likeable things about you, but their thinking is this “You’re not the same as me so you can’t be as likable as I am.” It’s really quite an absurd statement to make as likability is in the eyes of the beholder.

It means that "you are not capable of being liked by others". Like the others said, it's a mean thing to say and a ridiculous generalization.

You know, that's kind of like saying you "have charisma." Everyone has SOME likeability or charisma, but to say you "have it" sort of infers that you're some kind of master of likeability or charisma, which most people aren't. In fact, most NTs are ham-handed knuckledraggers and they get away with being rude because they tend to deal with other people who are too busy concentrating on their own issues to pay attention to what the other person is doing.

Unless this person who told you this was interviewing you for a job as a greeter at Hollister or as a car salesman, where presence and likeability matter, it sounds like an ignorant thing to say to me.
