The language used suggests two meanings:
1. "When you (OP) speak, it sounds like you're (OP's brother) being analysed.
- While improper grammar, it would be well within the bounds of normal US (not sure about UK) conversation.
Your brother feels like he's being analyized whenever you talk to him.
2. "When you (OP) speak, it sounds like you're (OP) being analysed.
Couple of ways to follow that one, the ones referenced above and also "it sounds like you analyse yourself".
