Any Albertans posting here on WP?

I live in Edmonton. My only affiliation with Red Deer is stopping there for gas and food on my trip to Calgary. I honestly liked it better because I prefer smaller cities. I also drove around the city to explore so everything caught my attention. It just seemed like quiet city compared to my city Edmonton. The weather doesn't help my case since I moved from Tennessee.

Red Deer has many parks and trails. I enjoy going down to the river and dipping my feet in on a hot summer day. Tubing the river is also nice. I find it relaxing and calming in the early evening after work.
