Hi, I'm in Auckland (as you have probably gathered)
@ Lease29 - I hope you weren't too badly affected by the earthquake :(

Thanks :-) My flat was ok and didn't get any damage. Unfortunately a lot of people have lost their homes and a few areas were damaged. I live on the West side of the city in Riccarton and not a lot of damage here.

The aftershocks have been continuing so hoping they will die down soon.

Aucklander here. There's an Asperger's social club in St Lukes that might be of interest to you. Unfortunately they only meet on Sundays and thats when I work.

i would love to move there... but haven't made up my mind about it yet... and haven't made the choice where i would like to live in NZ... snow is important. water is important. space is important. horses and sheep are important....

oh well. that covers most of NZ i guess.

I split my time between Invercargill and Wellington. Never really been involved with any Aspie social groups, though. I prefer my own company

I know this topic is old but will give this a try anyway. Where is the social club in St Lukes, and do they still have meetings?

Hehe, well, that sounds like a plan. I'm still yet to knowingly meet any one else with ASP.
