Or is it just me being extra mean? There are rumours around school that I'm a psychopath and I don't really care, but what do you think?
I'm guessing it might be because I tend to walk away when people are sad and I've had meltdowns at school and people probably aren't smart enough to realise psychopaths don't have feelings and I clearly do

According to a 2006 University College London research paper http://discovery.ucl.ac.uk/11879 which stated that "[c]allous/psychopathic acts in a small number of individuals with ASD probably reflect a 'double hit' involving an additional impairment of empathic response to distress Cues, which is not part and parcel of ASD itself[,]" Autism Spectrum Disorder is a seperate disorder from psychopathy, and vice versa, though both might co-occur in some individuals.

ASD people may have PTSD from years of abuse from others. The PTSD can make people act out suddenly and violently.

Maybe PTSD and a propensity to 'act out' emotionless (knowing other peolpe have emotions but don't care) can make people appear as one, dunno.
