Terrible at Following through on a Plan

It doesn't matter if it's my plan or someone else's plan. I just misinterpret directions or do something that overcomplicates things for everyone or don't fully remember instructions or just feel too lazy or timid to finish what I started. I'm not even good with constructing a detailed and scheduled "plan of action" on how to accomplish anything. I could really use some help.

have you been checked for ADHD? I was dx'ed as such and when on Strattera those problems largely went away. maybe ask your pdoc?

Out of curiosity, how are your executive functions? Have you gotten that checked out? Working memory, etc.

I've only been checked for AS. I think I tried Strattera before, but it didn't work for me.

I don't even know how to evaluate my executive functions. My folks say that they'll let me get a new therapist only after I start working.
