Many large cities have Game Nights for people with Asperger's Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Sounds fun, actually. Great way to meet others.

Where in Australia are you from? I'm in Brisbane and there is an aspergers centre here that does groups. And Autism Qld does them too.

Me too, the qualities I look for in a girl, are also a lot that I have, if that makes sense. I want someone to be as loving, as I am. I think that makes more sense.

I've met other aspies in person through a therapy group for adults with Aspergers. Check to see if there are any in your area. I actually ended up rooming with one of them.

Yeah, seems like a support group might be a good bet.

Also, if you're that close to 18, I don't see how fudging an online profile just a twinge could be that serious. I don't know the exact age of consent laws of Australia, but assuming you met someone in their early twenties or younger, I highly doubt anyone would be breaking any laws. Look it up to be sure. You should let someone know your real age probably even before your first meeting though just to get things off onto the right foot.
