Found via lifehack,org

Quote:
It works in the following way: users that are faced with a difficult conversation describe the conversation, then the readers leave their comments and give advice about how they handled similar situations. What should I say seems to be a great resource if you have a hard time initiating difficult conversations with your children, family members, or boss. Some of the scenarios are definitely made up and several are offensive (I wouldn’t recommend reading the site at work), but if you can get through the junk, there is some extremely solid and helpful people willing to give great advice. This site looks like it is a moderator short of being an excellent resource.

Wow!

Our administrator asking for advice?

But then, I came to realize that he thought it was beneficial!

Lucky you. Too bad I need it most for stuff I can't plan for. I can figure out what to say in a rehersal, just not when I get to an unplanned part. I also have trouble saying what I plan sometimes.
