How would you diagnose this guy?

I knew a kid who always talked like he was drunk, and was very impulsive. He also had attention problems and had serious trouble with schoolwork.
He was tall and lanky and had long arms that went down past his knees, as well as large ears, a flat nose, squinty eyes, and a huge-glued on grin. He also had the ability to bend his knees inwards like a bird.
I heard an interesting rumour about him one time- supposedly he had stolen a school bus that a bunch of other students were in. He turned the key and drove the bus out of state.
He was moved to a different bus after that and said to his new bus driver 'I'm gonna do to you what I did to my last bus driver!'
What the H-ll was wrong with this kid?

I'd say from what you described he may be ADD/ADHD, but that's an uneducated guess
