How do I keep in touch with my young acquaintance?

I'm 16, and my only acquaintance/friend at the moment is a 12 year old girl, who I occasionally see at my mosque/Turkish center, and once saw at her house. I want to keep in touch with her over the phone, but she doesn't have a cell phone, and I'd have to ask for her mom's number, but I'm worried Ill get in trouble with my mom because my acquaintance is so young and my mom has expressed that before (that she's very young).... I also can't add her on social media because i deleted all my google and facebook accounts, and she doesnt have any accounts, also, she doesn't have an email. and again, even if i asked for her moms email, my mom might get mad.... should I continue to only see her at my mosque, or should i ask her for her mom's phone number so we can keep in touch?

I wouldn't push it. I'd still see he only at the mosque/Turkish center.

I agree with kraftiekortie. This is an uncomfortably large age difference at her age, it might be different if you were both the same gender.
