Do I have enough friends/potential friends?

I'm 16, and a guy... ever since may 31, ive been friends with a 17 year old girl who lives in the neighborhood across from mine... ive only hung out with her once in a while... then, there's two older girls I became acquainted with at my mosque, one who is 20, and sees me as a little brother, and one who is 19, and doesn't. they're both girls.... i know the 19 year old doesn't consider me a little brother, because in Turkish, you're supposed to refer to someone older than you as abla or abi, which means older sister or older brother, but when i asked her about it she said she doesn't want me calling her abla because it makes her feel "old".
Also, I have a paraprofessional at school, and i often talk with him in the classroom, and take 2 5-minute walks with him every period during a 6 period school day....

The only answer that matters at all is if that's enough for you. I call many people today "friend collectors" because it just seems like a score to them to compare with others. Not anything to do with the quality of friendships, or if any of them are even really friends at all.

I tend to think if you have too many "friends" that most or all of them aren't what I personally would consider a friend.

But it's up to what makes you happy. Some people are happy with none. Or one. Others arent unless they have dozens. It's not a contest nor for anyone else to approve of.
