I walked over to a girl who lives on my street, said hi, and she either ignored me or said something i didnt hear... I asked her mom if she said anything, and she coldly said no, i asked the mom for her name and she coldly said "elizabeth..." Now i am having a shutdown, and i am having fantasies about killing myself or others, what should i do?

Is it possible that people in your neighbors may have already found out about your "Paedophilic Tendencies"? If so, then there is very little that you can do about it - "The cat is out of the bag", so to speak; and it's probably best (and safest) for you to stay away from your neighbors until you graduate and move away.
