Hi:
I have friend who has Asperger but like myself functions at the level of a teenager. She also has anger issues as well. When she gets angry she goes over board. This is especially if she sees something that shes doesn't necessarily like. Anyway she has gotten into a habit of calling people after midnight and yelling at them in a nagging tone. I have been one of those people who she's does this to.

Two situations:
1. I found one after midnight on Christmas Day where she told she told me that because I don't do Christmas, not to pull my friends away from their families. She had also nagged at one of my friends and even got him to nearly bail.
2. I am from one state and she is from another. Our football teams happen to be rivals but I love both teams. I found out mine is doing well. I posted "Vikings all the way."

I texted her mother at Christmas about what happened and she was going to deal with it which was last week. I got up this morning and she did it again.

If you have a way to know numbers of people who are calling you, you could just not answer the phone.

You don't have to deal with this nonsense. I certainly wouldn't.

I never pick up the phone at that hour anyway. Rather she calls and leaves a voice message after midnight and this is the second time that she has done this.

This sounds like some of my friends, Neuraltypical, Autistic, even Sociopathic, they keep leaving calling me throughout the night. There's not one morning that goes by that I check that answering machine and I don't have at least one message.

Heck! Today I have 774 messages on the answering machine, and 3000+ missed calls, and 5000+ missed text message notifications on my cell phone. New Years Day... :(

Though I suppose all that well wishing will be a nice change from the usual messages I wake up to in the mornings. I get all kinds, they run the gambit, from angry to sad, serious to trivial, I've almost heard it all. :|

You can either be a good friend and indulge them, a bad friend and ignore them, or be an awful friend and grass on them to their parents/peers/spouse.

Some have been calling me during the night on a regular basis for years now, I've grown to accept that this is just one of those many natural things that some friends do to each other.

Thank goodness for silent mode... :|
