I have read about two books that can help with learning body language. They are written for NT's but might be of use for some on the spectrum. Only one is available at my library.
Manwatching: A Field Guide to Human Behavior by Desmond Morris
According to Psychology Today, this is the best guide to body language.
Bodytalk : the meaning of human gestures by Desmond Morris
Bodytalk : the meaning of human gestures shows pictures of gestures. It also shows in which countries where that gesture is offensive.
I'm under the weather now, but when I'm better, I'll check them out.
