Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips as to what books/websites/documentaries I might read/watch so as to improve my social skills? Any books on confidence/social anxiety/social awkwardness?

Thank you!

The charisma myth is one of my faves too! Also a great audiobook.

Dale Carnegie has a good lineup especially the people bible: "How to Win Friends and Influence People"

Noah Elkrief on youtube has some helpful videos with anxieties and depression. And for guys looking for life coaches I recommend Coach Corey Wayne on youtube.

This one is pretty good. It's also a book about how to sell things and secure business deals through good social skills.
