I saw people break into a car

It happened a month ago. I only told the police how many people were trying to steal the car, the address of the parking lot, and the license plate. They hung up on me after I explained that I had trouble hearing them. (I wanted to bolt, so I went down the street and turned a corner into noisy traffic.) What do I do now?

You could try going to the local police station, otherwise I guess you just have to leave it. You could try phone them from your home where its nice and quiet I guess?
