Does anyone else ever feel like other people are winning because we have trouble being social even if we wanted to? Like if they were to say negative things about ourselves we mite not be able to defend ourselves as much as they could if we said things about them? I don't know if i'm the only one who feels this way.

If your referring to people who get a kick out of making fun of people, just think of it this way: the most of what they say is nonsense and what little is true that they say they have to rhetorically warp in order to make it sound humorous. If I say something about someone it's an honest observation and not meant to be insulting.

yes, i used to always feel that i was on the losing side when it came to language, unable to defend myself, unable to use the 'weapon' of language effectively. I think that's what goaded me to put a huge effort into language. These days i win some of the time.

When people make jokes about me, most of the time they joke about my difficulty making jokes.

I sort of feel like I am losing a race and that I am already to far behind to ever catch up to everyone else completely, and the longer I am behind the farther behind I'll always be, and may never accomplish any meaningful goals because of this.

When I smash things (rare occasions) part of it could be build up of social things by my friends and... some not so friendly lol.
When I'm on a bad form and something happens that makes me... smash a thin glass table or whatever... could be all started by that feeling.
