How am I supposed to make friends if I can't go back to school?

You can make friends outside of school.

The easiest way to make friends outside of school is to hang out with the elderly.

That is harder. In order to do that, you need to be involved in some kind of activity with people your age. Otherwise, it probably won't happen.

I think you should count online friends though. They're real. They're just not nearby.

Are you getting home-schooled now or something? I think you should join a club for one of your interests and meet people there.

Nope. I just sit here and do nothing. So I'm not homeschooled. And I don't think there would be a club in this town for people who like dragons and elves.

Ashleigh,

You won't meet friends unless you come into contact with humans who aren't family.

That means leaving the house sometimes.

The library might have some info on local groups, why not talk to them?

I used to work in a library aeons ago and the library was used as a sort of community notice board. They usually have whole folders of information on local clubs etc..

I'm sure you could find something to interest you via them.

Ahh I am in the same situation...sitting here, doing nothing. It's not much fun. There's plenty of world to explore...we should do it...little bit at a time.

If you don't go to school, you may wanto join a youth club, or take up some sort of sport, where you will meet new people.
