I am preparing for a kickboxing tournament. As a part of my preparation, I work out in the gym. It doen’t matter if I forget what I have learnt in the gym it doesn’t matter because the strength learned in the gym makes me hit harder and take more beatings.
This is the idea behind my idea of creating a training regime will prepare an aspie for socialising and practicing.
