Hmm, I have the same problem. I am in the UK and got the same message. Tried several proxy sites which didn't work
So, I downloaded it on p2p and posted it on youtube for your viewing pleasure, enjoy
Edit: hmmm, my upload on youtube seems out of sync for me. Maybe I should upload it again to youtube or somewhere else? How about you lot, is it out of sync for you?
