Saying sorry

Does an aspie say "I am sorry" when proven wrong in his judgments towards a person?

Some do, some don't. Same as other people.

I make it a point to apologize - and I probably do it too much. In particular, I apologize to my kids if I do anything wrong (like not believe them when they claim to have not broken something). I feel that it's an essential part of their upbringing to know that everyone makes mistakes and that it doesn't belittle yourself to apologize.

I don't usually make judgements one way or another with friends, so I don't often feel the need to apologise. That said, I've probably not said sorry (with meaning) as often as I should. (eg: when I'm late for an outing, I'll just give a mumbled apology). I'm always very apologetic with co-workers though, even when it's not my fault.
