if there any way we could set up a channel for support for people who're having panic attacks? Dunno how feasible this is.

Don'y know if it will help at all, but there is a UK forum requiring no registration on http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/. I can't see any chatrooms.

Now can I. Forums are useless when I am in a panic attack; I need interaction. My therapist and I are trying to find me some kind of support like that and drawing a blank.

Cheers.

That would be great! This type of panic would be all different kinds of panic, but wouldn't it be wonderful if someone mentioned Wrongplanet?

I'm up to my ears in info. I need in-the-moment support which does not require me to overtax member of my social network- and the social network I am currently willing to use is basically just my mom or my dad. Anybody else, I would drive away. And that would be unfair to them. However there seems to be a dearth of chatrooms for this; it's all either message boards (not good for deesacalation) or chatrooms for disorders I do not have (bipolar seems to be the most common).
